Amazing host and such a warm, welcoming condo! Loved the fresh fruit and water they left for us in the fridge for our arrival, and all the hospitable touches throughout the place. Both mattresses were incredibly comfortable with great linens, and the rain shower-head was AMAZING. We loved our stay!

Great accommodations. Extremely clean, well stock and supplied with more than we would have imagined. You can see the ocean and beautiful sunsets from the patio. Great pool, BBQ area and outdoor showers around the property. Walkability was perfect to the Oceanside Harbor, downtown Oceanside and the pier. The Pearl was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location in the complex was perfect so getting to the pool, beach, and parking garage was easy. The north-facing patio stayed cool all day and had a great view overlooking the beautiful grounds of NCV and the ocean/beach. Pearl on the Strand is Superb

Although the check-in process was a little difficult, mostly because the parking lot was full, everything else from there forward was great. The property is beautiful and the condo is clean and nicely furnished. I plan to come back here in the future!
