Great Stay!

Overall we loved our trip!!! The grounds of the hotel are amazing. Pool, hot tub and gym were a great addition. Love that it’s walking distance to the beach. One thing I would’ve loved to know was about the frequent sting ray stings in the area. I was stung and ended up in the hospital Wednesday which really ruined part of our time. I heard after the fact that you should do the “ sting ray shuffle” to prevent stings. Wish this info was posted either in the hotel or by the beach. Other than that we loved our stay. Please be safe!

No tenían plancha para la ropa,el calentador calentaba de más y si lo apagaba se ponía muy frío , a la hora de check out entraron sin tocar la puerta , las de limpieza fueron muy groseras y altaneras yo ya avía limpiado la cocina no avía exceso de basura y querían que asta limpiara los baños , también recibimos discriminación al llegar y a la hora de check in le dijimos al personal y no hicieron nada al respecto
