The view is better than the pictures show. There's literally everything you need in the condo. And it's great that you can walk either down to the pier or to the bay. You're kind of right in between

Condo was clean. View of the beach/ocean was perfect. It had everything we needed, plus. Very nice location for everything we wanted to do. Little noise on the beach from environmental work, but wasn’t overbearing. Complex itself was quiet, which was amazing, given the amount of children around. Would certainly book again if/when we return.

The host, Ms Ferguson, was very informative from the moment of booking to check out. If I had a question or comment, she responded in a timely fashion. Having underground parking is a plus. The condo was as pictured- nicely decorated with a balcony view of ocean. The grounds are well kept and tropical with pools and sitting area. Hoa that assists with rentals is welcoming and informative. Good selection for Oceanside-would stay again.
