The company was accommodating and available. I would offer these following suggestions however; 1) either install a tankless water heater if more than 3 people are being served in the home (there were 6 of us). Or install a larger tank. 3 of us took freezing cold showers on the morning we needed to check out by 11:00 am. 2) you REALLY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT that spiral staircase and someone's new forehead scar. Are you kidding? You are so opening up yourselves for a serious law suit. 3) get a quieter garbage disposal. Wakes everyone up! 4) The washing machine smells like rotten eggs. 5) more coffee cups and at least have a few shot glasses handy. I would stock the kitchen with at least some flour and cooking oil. 6) the cleaning crew should make ice for the guests arriving at 4 pm. 7) in the main upstairs bath needs to have an exhaust fan. That is code in California and just polite to the rest of the guests in the home as well as mold mitigation. Wonderful location! Couldn't ask for a better location for beach access from across the street. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at your home.
