Overview: Casa de Laguna, OceanoWelcome to Casa de Laguna located on California's spectacular Central Coast. This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is located just one short block from the expansive sands of Oceano State Beach, and a few miles south of downtown Pismo Beach! The upstairs balcony offers a gorgeous panoramic view of the Oceano lagoon and the magnificent sand dunes. Relax and enjoy the stunning views while barbecuing on the natural gas grill.
Beyond the welcoming entryway, a large downstairs bedroom with a stone-faced gas fireplace, will comfortably sleep 4-6 people on two full-size beds and a twin trundle bed. This bedroom features a large wall-mounted flat screen TV with DVD player and abundant closet space. A bathroom with shower is located adjacent to the bedroom. Upstairs offers a bright, cozy great room complete with a stone-faced fireplace, full kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, comfy couches and a wall-mounted TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, games, movies, and access to the front balcony. The owner's bedroom upstairs has a king bed and walk-in closet. The second upstairs bedroom sleeps four, with one queen and two twin beds. A full bathroom is located next to the bedrooms and the great room. A large, fenced-in patio downstairs offers plenty of space for guests to unwind and enjoy the views. It's also a great area for kids to play and pups to be safe. The garage has a full-size ping pong table and washer/dryer. Parking accommodations: one car will fit into the garage, two cars may be parked in the rear driveway, with more parking curbside.NOTE: No houses are located across the street, and there is a vacant lot adjacent to the house which is covered with natural vegetation. Very private and quiet. We had so much fun! The neighborhood was so cute and so close to the beach. The check in process was not the best, as we had to go 20 extra minutes north to get the keys but other than that, it was great!

We enjoyed the house. Ping Pong table was great. Beach was disappointing. The traffic on the beach was terrible, and not safe for the kids. We ended up going back to Pismo Pier for beach time.

So cozy

This place was so stinkin cute! I can feel the love that has blessed the home. The place was so roomy. We had 7 teenagers and there was plenary of room for all of us. The kids loved the ping pong table. The house was extremely clean. The bed was cozy. We went in November so it’s chilly but the blankets were warm and cozy. Fireplace was Cozy and had a great card table to play cards by the fireplace. Shower was great too. Kitchen had everything we needed to feed all the teenagers. Super fun trip. Felt very lucky to have found this adorable home.
