Overall the stay was good. There were minor things that did bother me. The refrigerator froze all my vegetables. The shower didn’t hold a temperature because it was way too hot then you turn it down and it was still too hot til you almost turn it off then it’s super cold. But other than that it was a nice little place for a couple of days.

Clean and comfortable unit. Good value for the money. Very close to the beach. Basic but functional kitchen. The complex has a grilling with two large Webers and eating area if that’s your thing. Bed was comfortable. Shower had decent pressure for CA. Quick responses from the host. My only comment would be that it is on the corner of the intersection. This makes for quick walking exit to the beach, but also expect some traffic noise. We caught one of the weekends that had a special event at the dunes and the amount of loud traffic lining up to get onto the beach in the morning was significant. That said, this is a small beach village and the amount of traffic and people noise is minimal compared to Pismo. The weekday was very quiet and calm. The beach is wider, the sand is softer than up the coast so if you like beach strolls this is nice. Grover is a nice walk and back for coffee.
