Location is unbeatable. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, donuts, ice cream, playgrounds, library, and bars but far enough off the Main Street that noise is not an issue. House was great as well. Excellent backyard kids can play in and great front porch as well. This was our first time visiting Ocean Springs and this house is perfect for exploring all the city has to offer.

Spacious home with a large backyard. Close proximity to dining, shopping, coffee, etc. We walked almost everywhere! Host was also super communicative and accommodating, would definitely rent again for our next trip to Ocean Springs.

Host was wonderful. A small problem with a fire alarm battery led to a super sweet visit from a cleaning staff member who really brightened our day as well. Such a great location and house. Will come again!

Great location! The house is within walking distance of the restaurants and shops on Washington and Government. The beach is less than a mile away. The front porch with the locked gate was great. Our dog really enjoyed people watching from the porch. The host answered all of our questions quickly and was flexible to meet our schedule. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Very clean and peaceful. Loved drinking coffee on the porch and waving at neighbors. Walking to restaurants was fun. We plan to stay again and again.

Stress free cozy retreat

Great location, walking distance to all the great shops, food, farmers market and church. Safe and quiet neighborhod. We had 5 ladies this weekend and we never ran out of hot water, towels or wash clothes. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers were a great plus! Spice cabinet fully stocked, even had crockpots! Full of natural light and simple but nicely decorated! Nice porches for gathering on front and back. The host always responded quickly to any questions. Definitely recommend this property amd we will be staying here again!!

Great Location

This house is only a 5-10 minute walk from shops, bars and restaurants in downtown Ocean Springs. The house was nicely furnished and the appliances were newer and all in good working order. There were plenty of dishes and glassware. It’s an older home and we had a couple minor issues, but the property manager was exceptionally prompt and the issues were quickly resolved.

Mildew and Pet Smell and Overall NOT clean......

Unfortunately, we were VERY disappointed in the CONDITION of this property and highly surprised since all of the current reviews are positive. I did look and noticed there no reviews for the past few months. As we drove up to the property we immediately noticed how badly it needs to be pressure washed, there is green mold/mildew all down the side of the home. As soon as we unlocked the front door and walked in we immediately noticed a pet/mildew smell, it had the smell of a wet dog. The online write up about this home is LONG and has a lot of capitalized words to stress how nice this home is. I so wish that had been the case. The newly remodeled master bathroom with the mirrored dresser in the bedroom was not what I expected. The bathroom cabinet was old and still had items in it from previous guests. There was black mold at the bottom of the shower sliding door. The dresser was short, I am 5'9" and I was at least 2 inches taller than the mirror and my husband is 6 foot. The large rug in the master is very dirty. The furniture on the back porch was dirty also, I didn't even want to sit on any of the cushions without a towel down first. I went and bought Lysol and plugins to at least help with the pet/mildew smell while we were there. The poor condition of this home is what we were given, and we made the best of it. I did not mention the smell nor the lack of cleanliness while there to the manager, as it was New Years and moving was not an option.
