The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

Whether enjoying an early morning cup of coffee, taking a break from the sun on the covered deck, or winding down at the end of the day, you are close enough to see and hear the waves as they crash onto shore and you'll feel the constant ocean breeze that you can only get by being so close to the water.

Renters also enjoy exclusive membership rights to The Islander Beach Club which is just 200 yards down the street. The Islander Beach Club offers a huge oceanside pool with an adjacent kiddie pool and hot tub. It also has a great outside Tiki Bar overlooking the pool and the ocean that can be enjoyed throughout the day or night.

On average, 50% of our rental weeks are booked by returning customers who appreciate the great location and great condition of our vacation home. We had a wonderful trip and the condo was perfect for our family. It was so convenient to have separate bathrooms with each room. We loved that the condo was on the end building and beach access was so convenient and less crowded than other areas! We did rent a golf cart and that made driving to the pool so convenient. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation!

This place was perfect for our family with the variety of beds to suit our family needs. It was so convenient to the beach, just a few steps and the ability to wash off sand when we returned was an added bonus. We were able to wash off chairs, toys etc… and store underneath condo until the next day. The kitchen was well stocked. There were large stock pots so we were able to have a crab, shrimp boil for a large group. The best part was Cliff, the host. He was an excellent source for any questions, guidance and information. He was prompt with all responses. This was my first VRBO rental and he was always available and gave step by step instructions for check in and check out. He even extended our check out time, which was an extra bonus. I will definitely rent from him again.

Nice rental with quick beach access convenience

Well equipped kitchen, large living room sectional, and very nice deck to enjoy the summer breeze at night. Prime location for not being "right on" the beach, access path next to condo, short walk and there.

The owner had everything you would want in your vacation home. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo felt like your very own get away. The very few steps it takes to get to the beach was great! We will stay here again.

Our other vacation plans had to be changed due to Covid so we booked this . We had stayed at this same condo complex about 5 years ago but in a different unit. Location was totally great with an easy walk to beach and pool. The unit had everything we needed to be comfortable. Just the right size for 8 adults to be together, yet have some space. A wonderful week!

The unit was more than we expected. Very roomy, clean, well stocked with plates, pans, glasses etc.. Easy walk to the beach. Quiet area of the island too. Very family friendly. We would definitely want to stay here again.

Family Friendly & Relaxing

I would recommend the two condos together for a larger family or multiple family units. We had family from four states come together with four generations ranging in age from 1yr to 88 yrs old. Every bedroom had its own bath and the double kitchens, washer & dryer & sitting rooms were wonderful. The condo owners were very good to work with and sent helpful information on the area. We had a great week making memories together as a family! Access to the beach is great and we could come back and forth between beach and condo very easily.

As close to the beach as you can get without oceanfront.

Wonderful properties. They are actually connected on the back porch but with two separate back doors. It's the first floor so not as many steps. Owners are very responsive and we hope to vacation here as a family for years to come. Our favorite is the porch swing and view from the reclining chairs on the opposite side of the porch. We had 6 different subsets of the same family staying in this property for a week. There are also beach chairs and beach equipment for you already in the storage unit. We did rent a grill and a bike as well as linens. Would recommend meal planning as that's the most inexpensive route to take. Also go have breakfast at Big Nells it was the best and affordable. The owner will give you a sheet with all the secrets of how to make your stay more enjoyable. As you can see I can't say enough good things about this experience. It was awesome!!!!
