Coastal Cottage Close to Beach with a Brand New Pool!

Welcome to Coastal Cottage OIB! Here you will enjoy a family friendly home, super close to the beach, and a beautiful brand new pool! Pool can be heated in the spring/fall and cooled in the summer for a daily fee. Fabulous 2nd row location only a few houses down from the beach access. Once inside you will find everything you need to relax and enjoy your time at the beach; beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, wagon, and a Bluetooth speaker are included for you! We also have a 6 seater golf cart available to rent. Message me for more details.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

We loved this house! Everything was updated and nice! It had a fully stocked kitchen, and we all really liked the lay out! it had wonderful pool and pool deck, which is where we spent most of our time. The host was great/ she answered any questions we had and checked in with us mid way. The house added to a special milestone bday weekend for my daughters :). Thank you!!!

We had an amazing time at this house!! It was perfect and we felt so comfortable and at home! The host was fabulous and checked in on day 2 and was super communicative and accommodated an early check in. Plenty of space so we all had a bed, lots of parking and the pool was just the cherry on top! I would highly recommend and plan to rent again! Thank you!!

Great MDW stay

Great property and hosts. Very clean, organized, and very well amenitized. All the dishers, cooking utensils, etc was brand new, had plenty of pool toys, were super responsive and went put of their way to help us.Place is a little smaller than expected but perfect location with 30sec walk to the beach and a great pool right there
