Come relax and enjoy your stay at this beautifully decorated 5BR house with 5.5 baths. Ocean views from both back decks and the sound of beach waves in the background are included for free. The ocean and marsh views will leave you breathless!

This professionally decorated house includes upgraded furnishings and is loaded with amenities to make your beach vacation sensational. The large open living and dining area is the perfect gathering place to enjoy the company of family and friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. Dining seats 12-14 comfortably. The Kitchen, Living Room, and 1 Master Bedroom are located on the upper level with ocean views. The open Living area has smart TV with surround sound. The Bluetooth receiver allows you to listen to your favorite songs as you drink a cocktail. The living room area has a gas fireplace.

Each bedroom has a private full bathroom with a shower. All beds have high-end mattresses guaranteeing you a good night’s rest in ultimate comfort. The house includes 3 King Master Suites, and two separately controlled zones for Central air and heat.

The laundry closet consists of a Whirlpool high capacity washer/dryer.

The pool was installed in 2019 and has bench seating to make it easy to relax. The pool is surrounded by stamped concrete and is big enough to easily accommodate the entire family. Pool side umbrellas and pool lounge chairs are provided.

The enclosed backyard and pool area will beckon you to enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool or just relax on the colorful lounge chairs. An outside shower is conveniently located by the pool area so you can quickly remove the sand from your toes before you enter the house or the pool. For the outdoor cooking enthusiast, a stainless-steel Weber grill (gas provided) is available for your culinary pursuits. There is an additional refrigerator located on the pool level for your beverages and grilling foods saving countless steps up to the main kitchen on the second level.

While vacationing in this home you will have lots of options on how to spend your days; the beach is only a few steps away or relax by the pool. What to do first will be the hardest decision you make all week!

Additional amenities include: Smart TVs in all bedrooms, DVD, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer and Dryer, Outdoor Shower, Central Heat & Air, Gas Log Fireplace in the Living Room, and wireless internet access with 1 GB download speed.

Bedrooms: 1 King, 1 King, 1 King, 1 Double & 1 Bunk, 1 Queen & Bunk. For extra sleeping: 1 roll away bed and a pull-out sofa sleeper on the top floor.

*Pool can be heated upon request for an extra daily fee. Rates vary based on the time of year but ranges between $60 to $80 per day.

We had an amazing stay at Memories Made! This was our first time at Ocean Isle and couldn't ask for a better experience! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The views were stunning, and being a very short walk to walk to the beach made it even better. Every deck is fully equipped and the pool area has plenty of furniture with a very clean grill.The host, Mike, was absolutely wonderful—so friendly, helpful, and called us right away with a question we had. He made us feel very welcome and even had lovely baked snacks for us when we arrived!The house was very clean, the mattresses were very comfortable and we loved having a bathroom in every bedroom - very convenient for multiple families. If you are traveling with someone elderly, the main level with the kitchen and living room is 2 flights of stairs up, but we were able to make it work because there is a master bedroom on that level so she stayed in there and enjoyed the views from the balcony during the trip. Highly recommend staying here!

Another great year!

We have been staying in Ocean Isle for many years now with family and friends and it is always an amazing time. This year was made even better by our host, Mike, and his gorgeous home. The house is beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need. We had a few snafus and Mike was very responsive and friendly. And a special touch we've never had before; a Memories Made gift bag full of baked goodies and pastries left for us on arrival! Can't wait for next year! We will definitely be staying at Memories Made again:)

Spring Break Bliss at OIB

Mike and Cindy were great hosts! The welcome bag of baked goodies was delicious and very unexpected. The house was super clean, well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for our two families staying (4 adults and 5 kids). The beds were very comfortable and having a bathroom in each bedroom was very convenient. The open floor plan on the top level was great for hanging out and enjoying time together whether playing games around the large dining table or hanging by the fireplace watching tv. The pool was well appointed and having the option to heat it was clutch for a vacation in late March. Proximity to the beach was amazing! We watched the waves from the top deck while eating breakfast and drinking coffee before taking a two minute walk around the block to the beach access point(s). We will definitely be back to make some more family memories.

Wonderful week

We had a marvelous time in this beautiful house. Love it that each of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. It would be nice to have shower massages in the bathrooms for easier rinsing. Also, we ran out of hot water quickly when we were trying to shower after coming back from the beach. Plenty of room for all to sit and eat. The kitchen was well equipped. Pool area was large enough for all of us (15). Having an outside fridg was a plus. Very short walk to the beach. The living and dining areas were spacious and the furniture comfortable! The beds were very comfortable too. We loved our stay and Mike was the best host ever! So accommodating! Thank you Mike for a wonderful week. Your home is just awesome.

Beautiful house

Our group of 9 rarely gets everybody together, and this house was the perfect place for us to make memories :) We’ll always remember this trip as the one that our friends got engaged. The pastries were a great touch to a very clean house. Playing games late at night on the big TV, sitting under the umbrella in the pool, eating dinner together at the big table outside, reading on the balcony when we got sick of each other, and the short walk to the beach all made for the perfect vacation spot :)

Great OIB House

This is a great house for a group of multiple families! With the three king master bedrooms, all the adults have a nice place to stay. The house was gorgeous and fully stocked with everything we needed. The second refrigerator down by the pool was an added bonus! And of course, you can’t beat the location! The house was wonderful! Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen and grill area well equipped. The only suggestion our family has, if possible, is to put a bathroom down at the pool area. We will definitely be back! Host is very nice and easy to get in touch with.

Fabulous for family vacation

Let me start off by saying Mike (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with. Any questions were answered promptly both before and during our stay. So if you are looking for a place to vacation for the whole family this is it. We are a family of 6 adults and 2 children between the ages of 3 & 7. Plenty of space to spread out, enough comfortable seating so everyone had a place to sit in the spacious den. Big kitchen, no one was on top of each other while preparing meals. Everyone could sit at the dining table for meals. All of the bedrooms have very comfortable beds and having private baths for each was a plus in my book. The whole house inside and out is very well maintained and the pool in the backyard was a welcome plus on the day we didn’t want to take the very short walk to the beach. Even a gas grill and fridge are out by the pool. No running up and down stairs to get a cool drink😊. I could go on and on about this property but I won’t. I will just say this in closing….this was the best vacation ever for our family and a lot of that was due to Mike and his hospitality. So if you’re looking for a place to stay on Ocean Isle don’t hesitate to choose this house…..go on, do it! You won’t regret it. Thanks again Mike!
