Welcome to our enchanting Sunset Bay Oasis Condo, a serene beachside haven perfect for your next getaway. This beautifully appointed condo features two inviting bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.



As you enter the primary bedroom, you`ll be greeted by a plush king-sized bed, promising restful nights. This room also boasts a convenient en-suite bathroom, adding a touch of luxury and ease to your stay. The second bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests, with a unique and fun twin-over-full bunk bed that adds a playful charm to the space.



The living area is designed for relaxation and socializing, featuring a cozy sofa that transforms into a pull-out bed, perfect for accommodating extra visitors as well as an oversized chair with ottoman. The open-plan design ensures that everyone can gather together, whether it`s for a movie night or a casual conversation.



Our condo`s location is simply unbeatable. Positioned right next to local hotspots such as Macky`s, Fager`s, and Seacrets, you`ll have easy access to some of the best dining and entertainment options in the area. Moreover, a short walk will take you to the soft, sandy beach, where you can bask in the sun, swim, or just stroll along the shoreline.



One of the highlights of our condo is the rooftop pool. Here, you can enjoy a refreshing swim with a view, or lounge by the poolside, soaking up the sun. The private dock also offers a peaceful retreat where you can witness some of the most stunning sunsets, painting the sky in hues of orange and pink.

POOL ACCESS:

The community pool is managed by the building and not the host. Pool availability may be seasonal and is not guaranteed to be open during your stay, as closure can occur for maintenance, repairs, or at the end of season.



We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note these items are not replenished during your stay.



Kitchen Kit: 1 roll paper towels, 2 small trash bags, 2 large trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, 2 dish towels.



Full Bathroom Kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap.



Linens & Towels: Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter. We provide sheets for sofa beds that are left in the room with the couch, but not for trundles/rollaway beds. Each guest receives 1 towel set (large bath, hand, washcloth). The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay.







Check in DIRECTLY AT PROPERTY, NO STOPPING AT A RENTAL OFFICE, Keyless Entry.



If you need to have a package delivered during your stay please note that our delivery pick up window is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at our main office. Please reach out to obtain the address that the package would be delivered to. Please note Oceans Edge Vacations is not responsible for packages that are not shipped directly to our office.



If you would like to inquire about requesting an early check-in, please note that all early check-in requests are based upon availability. Request are only reviewed 24 hours prior to your check-in date. There is an additional fee of $75 if we can accommodate this request for you.



Our calendars do tend to full up rather quickly. If you see a spot open feel free to instantly book.



This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacation Rentals charges a $1000 fine for smoking in the unit.



Due to the high volume of turnovers and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.



Trust & Safety: By booking a stay with us you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Should you encounter any aspect of nature that feels less than welcoming, please do not hesitate to inform us promptly so we can address the situation to the best of our ability. However, we appreciate your understanding that such natural occurrences do not warrant discounts on your stay.
