Welcome to this Silver Sand's cozy and direct oceanfront vacation rental, located just steps away from the beach! With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is plenty of space for you and your family or friends to relax and unwind. The beautiful decor creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a beach getaway.

Located in the North end of town, this rental is close to many of Ocean City's restaurants, mini golf courses, shopping areas, and outdoor activities. You can easily explore the area and enjoy all that the town has to offer.

This rental is family friendly. Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed in or on the property. The maximum occupancy for this rental is 9 guests.

All beds have pillows and protective hyper allergenic mattress covers. For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival

This was a great property, just steps from the beach. The property was clean and updated. I really appreciated things you can quickly take for granted in Ocean City rentals like stellar air conditioning and plenty of hot water. Communication related to check-in and check-out was clear and timely. Of course, nothing beat stepping out onto the deck and seeing that beautiful beach.

We had a great stay. Loved being right on the waterfront with steps to the beach. Easy access to town and boardwalk, groceries and other amenities. Wished that the beds would have been made vs having to take sheets out of drop off bags and make them ourselves. We had an issue connecting one of the main TVs which the management company addressed promptly.

Fantastic unit with pleasant surprises!

My family of four prefers staying in smaller unit locations. This condo is located in a small six unit building right on the beach! The location was within walking distance to restaurants and activities was very convenient. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the unit and found that the additional areas/furniture in the unit have been updated since the pictures have been taken. I was also pleased to discover a washer and dryer within the unit. My only complaint would be several areas needed to be more carefully dusted, things like moldings on the walls and lamp shades. Otherwise, the place was clean and well cared for. Overall, it was a great experience and would stay here again!
