Enjoy the less than 2 min walk to the beach and all the wonderful amenities of uptown, like Northside Park which is just three blocks away and has events all summer long. Enjoy sunset views on large deck facing the bay. Condo has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 Smart TVs, Cable & Free Wi-Fi. Also Within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, bars, and miniature golf. Beach Equipment is available for use (chairs, umbrella, cart, and toys). Linens and towels are not included. Enjoy firwork show from deck every Sunday during the Summer. ***No Senior week rentals***Must be 25 year old to Rent**
