The best of both worlds – great ocean views at an ocean block rate! Located just behind the oceanfront townhouses, this unit offers ocean views from the living room, bedroom, loft, and two huge decks, plus a fantastic pool view from the deck on the other side! Accommodating up to 10 people, this home features 4 bedrooms and a loft, along with a living room, kitchen, dining area, and three baths. (The 4th bedroom has its own separate entrance and deck overlooking the pool.) Enjoy sunbathing on the three spacious decks, furnished with comfortable deck furniture. The condo includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TVs (with a premium cable package), Netflix, 2 DVD players, Free WiFi, a telephone, central A/C, and parking for 1-2 cars in the garage, depending on vehicle size. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Note – there is also additional street parking in the area. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Family vacation

Spent a week in OC with all the family. This property is located only 50 yards from the beach, so it made day trips to the beach very easy & doable. Also centrally located to many stores, restaurants and amusement parks for the kids.

Great trip, honest review

This was our 3rd trip to OC and our 3rd different place we stayed. The location was by far the best. Close to many things without being on the main road Plenty of food and shops you can walk to, and the beach couldn't be any closer. Having a pool on the property was a first for us and we thoroughly loved it! The house is plenty big, the layout and size of the rooms was perfect. Plenty of sleeping space and lots of outdoor deck space in both the front and rear of the property. Parts of the house are very nice and updated, flooring, both upstairs bathrooms, etc. Property was clean for the most part and all appliances were in good condition. While we did not do much cooking at home, the kitchen was well stocked. But parts of the house are tired and need some attention. Screen door on main slider was off the tracks, and it was just a frame, no screen. When we went to open the slider, the handle fell off in our hands. There were some holes in the furniture and the support structure under the couch cushions was sagging and broken, making sitting on the couch difficult. The one toilet seat was being held on by one screw. Off street parking was great and a big asset for loading and unloading. The place worked great for what we were looking for, a place close to the beach that we could unwind and relax for a few days.
