Great location and price for a week stay. The place was clean and had all of the necessities. Listening to the waves from the balcony was my favorite thing. I wish the owners would spring for a better living room set though. The futon is extremely uncomfortable (like sitting on the wood frame) and the two chairs are as well. You can buy gently used sets on marketplace or even Big Lots. Other than that, although outdated, the place was clean and in an excellent location.

Beautiful ocean views and access! Close enough to shut sliding door screen and listen to the ocean at night (easy sleeping!). Area lends itself to lots of dining and shopping activities. Seemed very safe. Used bus a couple of times and it was clean and timely. We will come back. The overhead kitchen fluorescent light does not work very well during the daytime, but you really don't need it so much. Think it has to do with the area incoming line voltage dip during daytime hours.

Oceanfront Vacation

I booked a weeklong vacation at this location, the night before check-in, for my family due to a tropical storm coming through Florida. The overall booking, check-in, and rental process were easy. The price and location were amazing! I would definitely book this condo again. There were a few items that I wasn't pleased with. - When we arrived the condo temperature was pushing 76 degrees on the inside as if the A/C had been turned on 10 mins prior. - The dishwasher was running and was full of dishes which I had to put away from the previous guest or the cleaning person. - The sink was clogged the entire week, with the garbage disposal not working either. We called management and they said they would send someone to fix it, and no one ever came. Overall, I would rent this property again as long as the items of concern are addressed.
