Perfect location for the weekend. Beautiful views. Room was comfy. We went during Cruisin' Week and still had parking at the hotel. However, parking us an issue during peak season.

I am usually very skeptical of places that list themselves at a "Motor Inn," as many of them tend to be on the sketchier side. That was not my experience here. The room was Hilton quality while being at a very affordable price. The staff were excellent. Any issues we had was very quickly dealt with. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are considering a trip to Ocean City.

We stayed here for the location as VERY close to a festival. Price was jacked up significantly because of the festival. The sheets had stains on them, minimal sound proofing of the rooms, and the room had a moldy funk smell. Would not go back.

The sink stoppers were loaded with hair, and did not allow the water to drain properly. My first night my tv did not pick up signals. No tv. Gave me a brand new tv next day. It would not allow you to adjust the sound. But, everything else was good. I will come back.
