We stayed here for the location as VERY close to a festival. Price was jacked up significantly because of the festival. The sheets had stains on them, minimal sound proofing of the rooms, and the room had a moldy funk smell. Would not go back.

The sink stoppers were loaded with hair, and did not allow the water to drain properly. My first night my tv did not pick up signals. No tv. Gave me a brand new tv next day. It would not allow you to adjust the sound. But, everything else was good. I will come back.

Room was dirty. Bathroom had awful stains in tub. Peeling paint all over door frames and bathroom. Staff at desk tried to be pleasant but didn't speak English so couldn't answer our questions. Parking was nonexistent (after being listed as a perk of the location). Bedding was stained all over, the top of blankets and sheets.

The property itself is a bit dated but was more than what we need. Was very surprised to find bunk beds and a whirlpool tub in the room. The beds were a bit firm for my liking (I usually sleep on a gel mattress ) but my husband found it perfect. The room was spotless! The staff was super friendly, and we will definitely consider this hotel. Bang for buck in early September was 10/10.

Stayed in ocean view room. The size of the room was very spacious and much bigger than we anticipated. The jacuzzi tub was nice to relax in since the weather didn't cooperate. The room was very clean. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Americana staff!
