This condo on the 3rd floor offers breathtaking views from the living room and master bedroom, along with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 3 TVs, VCR, DVD, Keurig and drip coffee pots, Free Wi-Fi, phone, central A/C, and more! Parking for 2 cars is included – the building charges a non-refundable registration fee at check-in. The unit is non-smoking, no pets allowed. Occupancy is 8. The condo is very spacious. It could use some updates, everything is from the 80’s. It was clean when we arrived. I knew when we rented it that we had to bring our own linens, towels, and paper products. It didn’t occur to me to bring shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, tissues, etc. We opted to rent the linen package. So on top of the price for the rental you have to add the linens, and parking fee which totaled a couple hundred dollars and go shopping for the items we needed immediately. I would rather pay it upfront and not go through the inconvenience. I noticed that there were no reviews listed, that should’ve given me a clue.I have always rented condos where everything is included so I was not happy with this arrangement, but it was a last minute rental. Then there are the rules for checking out which included taking out the garbage (which is ok) but it even said to wipe down the refrigerator! I believe I was charged a cleaning fee so this rubbed me the wrong way. I would be happy to pay extra in the rental price and not have to go through all the inconvenience.
