OCEAN BLOCK CONDO - just steps to the beach and Atlantic Ocean! You'll love the peek-a-boo ocean view from the huge 30+ ft. long balcony that spans the length of the condo. This balcony can be accessed from the living room and bedroom. This condo has 1 bedroom but also has a separate area at the front door entryway which can be used as a second living/sleeping area. The bedroom has a king sized bed and the other area has a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. You could use these as two side by side twins which combined would be the size of a king sized bed. There is also a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. There are also two full bathrooms. Other amenities include high-speed internet, a full-sized washer and dryer, and a blender in the kitchen. Additionally, both the living room, entry area and bedroom feature smart TVs, allowing you to unwind and stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) There are other extras to use such as a DVD player, board games, a pack-and-play, etc. You have everything you need for both sunny and rainy days! This condo is on the first floor (main level is for parking) and the building has an elevator. You get two unassigned parking spots but there is normally plenty of free parking on the street if you need additional parking. There is also a locker on the main level where you can store beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Normally there are chairs there and if so, you are welcome to use them. Located in uptown, this ocean getaway offers a peaceful escape while still being a short drive to the excitement of downtown Ocean City. You're also close to Northside Park, shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. and a short drive to Fenwick Beach, DE. You'll love this location for the perfect beach vacation!
***Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $109.95. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

Perfect Family Trip
We were all very impressed with this property. We were really able to just enjoy each other as a family. Close enough to everything that we can enjoy anything we wanted to. Just a short 1 minute, walk up to the beach. My husband really loved not having to pack the car and drive just to go to the beach for the day. Quiet family friendly neighborhood.

Perfect location
My family and I have been coming to Ocean City for over 30 years. We love the family vibe of North Ocean City. The check in process was simple. The location was perfect. The balcony had views of Coastal Highway and the beach entrance. Short walk to the beach which was very convenient for bathroom and lunch breaks. The layout was great and very spacious. It was decorated very cute. Very walkable to many restaurants and shops. Perfect spot for anyone wanting to enjoy Ocean City! Our family made some amazing memories and we can’t wait to come back.
