Step into the epitome of coastal elegance with our expansive 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom penthouse condo, situated in the heart of OC and a mere 50 steps from the glistening sands. This exquisite abode is designed with an open concept layout, where the living room and kitchen seamlessly merge, framed by panoramic views of the bay that will take your breath away. The wrap-around balcony, a highlight of this luxurious retreat, offers unmatched views of both the ocean and the bay, complete with a dining table for al fresco meals and additional seating for those moments of relaxation and contemplation.



The primary bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a plush king bed and private access to the balcony, where the ocean`s horizon becomes your personal backdrop. It`s complemented by a walk-in closet and a spa-like ensuite bathroom, complete with a large soaking tub to unwind in style. The second bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with two queen beds and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom, offering both privacy and convenience. The third bedroom is perfect for younger guests or families, equipped with a bunk bed that has a full mattress on the bottom and a twin on top, alongside an additional twin bed, also sharing the Jack and Jill bathroom. For added versatility, the fourth bedroom includes a cozy queen bed and an extra twin, accompanied by its own dedicated bathroom, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests.



Located within walking distance, the condo offers easy access to local favorites like Macky`s, Seacrets, Fager`s Island, Dry 85, Candy Kitchen, and mini-golf, making it a prime spot for both dining and entertainment. Whether you`re looking to indulge in the local cuisine, enjoy a night out, or simply treat the family to some fun, everything you need is just a stone`s throw away. POOL ACCESS:

The community pool is managed by the building and not the host. Pool availability may be seasonal and is not guaranteed to be open during your stay, as closure can occur for maintenance, repairs, or at the end of season.



STARTER KIT:

We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note these items are not replenished during your stay.



Kitchen Kit: 1 roll paper towels, 2 small trash bags, 2 large trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, 2 dish towels.



Full Bathroom Kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap.



Linens & Towels: Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter. We provide sheets for sofa beds that are left in the room with the couch, but not for trundles/rollaway beds. Each guest receives 1 towel set (large bath, hand, washcloth). The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay.







If you need to have a package delivered during your stay please note that our delivery pick up window is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at our main office. Please reach out to obtain the address that the package would be delivered to. Please note Oceans Edge Vacations is not responsible for packages that are not shipped directly to our office.



If you would like to inquire about requesting an early check-in, please note that all early check-in requests are based upon availability. Request are only reviewed 24 hours prior to your check-in date. There is an additional fee of $75 if we can accommodate this request for you.



Our calendars do tend to full up rather quickly. If you see a spot open feel free to instantly book.



This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacation Rentals charges a $1000 fine for smoking in the unit.



Due to the high volume of turnovers and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.



Trust & Safety: By booking a stay with us you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Nestled close to nature`s bounty, our location invites occasional visits from local wildlife, including raccoons, foxes, diverse bird species including seagulls, and an array of insects. While these encounters are part of the natural charm of our setting, we diligently treat our properties to minimize unwanted guests and maintain your comfort.



Should you encounter any aspect of nature that feels less than welcoming, please do not hesitate to inform us promptly so we can address the situation to the best of our ability. However, we appreciate your understanding that such natural occurrences do not warrant discounts on your stay.
