Bed sizes include: 1 king, 2 single beds, 1 double bed and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. For those that are interested in using the fitness room, the building requires a $10 cash deposit which is refundable at departure. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any three nights off season. WIFI available for a fee: 3 day $24.95, 4 day $29.95, 7 day $49.95. Pool open 8am-10pm (Closed Jan and Feb). Guest supplies all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Washer and dryer in condo for your convenience. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Our owners do not rent to groups under the age of 25.
