Located ocean block and just steps from the beach, this beautifully maintained and recently renovated home offers the ultimate coastal retreat. Featuring 3 bedrooms, including a king bed with an optional cot, a full bed, and a twin-over-full bunk bed, plus two pullout couches for extra sleeping space, there's plenty of room for everyone. With 2 full bathrooms, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped space with linens, towels, and essential amenities, your stay will be as comfortable as it is convenient. Step outside onto one of three private decks and take in breathtaking views of the ocean and bay. Private parking ensures a hassle-free arrival, and we welcome up to two well-behaved pets—so bring your fur babies along for the adventure! This home is personally utilized by the owner and meticulously maintained—we simply ask that you treat it with care, just as you would your own home. Interested in offseason renting (October–March)? This place didn’t disappoint! It was clean, cozy, super cute, and a great proximity to the beach. It had everything we wanted and more. The balcony and patios were cherries on top. Access was stress-free and the host was very accommodating and attentive, quickly responding to and addressing all our needs. Even the dog felt right at home, curling up in her bed and gnawing a bone as if all was right in the world.Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured. It was perfect for our family vacation. The location is unbeatable, and it is so close to the beach which is exactly what we were looking for. You can tell this family really takes pride in their house, and there are many personal touches throughout the house that make it feel very homey. The host is very responsive. We had absolutely no issues while staying here. We will definitely be repeat guests!

Perfect Beach Getaway for Families and Furry Friends!Connor and Cayla’s property is everything you could want in a beach rental! The townhouse is incredibly spacious and just a short walk to the sand — truly an ideal location. The home is well-stocked with anything you might need, making it feel comfortable and convenient from the moment you arrive.We loved spending time on the two large patios on the lower level, and the private deck off the master bedroom gave us beautiful views of both the beach and the bay. It’s also a great spot if you’re bringing your pup — the unit is dog-friendly and even has a large grassy area right behind it.Connor was a fantastic host, checking in a few times during the week to make sure everything was going smoothly, and he responded quickly to any questions we had.
