Updated 2016 with new hardwood floors on living/dining areas and new carpeting in the bedrooms. Large balcony facing ocean. Granite and stainless steel in kitchen. Master bedroom, with a Queen Bed and a Full Bed, facing Oceanfront. 2nd Bedrm with new double size bunk beds. 2nd Bath new with double shower and all new ceramic tile and new vanity.
New Central Air Conditioning installed in 2019.
