Three private balconies! Treat yourself to a mind-blowing view from the top of the tallest building in Ocean City! This stylish condo with its unique split-level floor plan has everything you would want and need for the perfect beach getaway! Upon entry prepare to gasp at the incredible ocean view from the balcony of the private primary suite. The WOWS will continue as you head downstairs to the beautiful main living area where you will find the 2nd large ocean front balcony. The floor to ceiling windows allow the family cook to enjoy the view while preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen. When you are ready for sand in your toes a ride in the quickest elevator at the beach and a step off the massive Century 1 sundeck will put you on the beach. As the sun goes down everyone will want gather on the balcony of the 2nd bedroom to take in the spectacular Assawoman Bay sunsets! This unit is tough to beat! The Century I building offers an indoor pool and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment.
Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration.
