WOW what a balcony! Get ready to relax and take in all the sights and sounds on your private beach front balcony. With 3 bedrooms and plenty of comfortable seating this spacious end unit is perfect for a family getaway. Enjoy meals in the well-equipped kitchen with table seating for 8 as well as 2 counter stools. The living area and all bedrooms offer flat screen TV's. The beachy primary bedroom includes bathroom with a large tile shower. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share the 2nd full bathroom also with tile shower. The Capri provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room indoor pool game room sauna tennis courts and library! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secure and each condo is provided a single parking space with your parking registration fee paid with reservation. Your reservation includes a $75 building amenity fee per week this includes one parking space. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Capri building directly at $10 per day or $55 per week.
