Everything was so perfect that we have stayed in the unit for the past two years and are already booked for next year. All rooms are clean the bedroom layouts are perfect for our group. The beach views are a perfect scene for our artist friend in the group who is a photographer.

The best thing about the condo was the location and easy process of checking in! We ran into some issues unit maintenance wise, but Bob and his group were AMAZING at answering regarding that. Very responsive at all times. Would have rated 5 stars, but the downfall, was the cleanliness of the condo, and the stocking. We would have felt better having some cleaning supplies(windex) provided to clean up some to make the stay more comfortable from the start. There was clumps of hair left on the shower drains and fingerprints on all glass surfaces at check in(before our families kids showed up) For the price to pay for cleaning service, it was not shown to be worth that. Despite that, our family had a great time for our annual trip with the great convenience of the condo.

The condo is lovely and quite spacious and the location is absolutely perfect! You must know that the mornings aren’t exactly quiet as there are trash trucks, delivery trucks etc, but that’s the price you pay for the location, which is exactly where we wanted to be.

Unclean and Unsafe – We Had to Leave for Our Health

Our stay was cut short due to serious cleanliness and health concerns. The unit was in rough shape: visibly dirty carpets, thick dust everywhere, mold or grime in the vents, separating baseboards, and water damage near windows and balconies. The air quality was so bad, my husband was literally coughing up blood, and our three-year-old started showing signs of bronchitis and early-stage pneumonia. We ended up in urgent care and made the decision to evacuate the property for our safety.We shared detailed documentation with both the host and VRBO. Given the health risks, this unit should not be available for rent in its current condition.Also — this is not a penthouse. The unit is directly next to The Purple Moose bar, and every bedroom’s sliding doors face it. If you’re into drunk people screaming at each other (and the police) until 2 a.m., this is your spot! Add 5 a.m. garbage trucks slamming dumpsters, and you’ve got the full experience. Who needs sleep?Bottom line: this place needs professional cleaning, mold remediation, and major soundproofing. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone — especially not families with young children.

Sisters Winter Get A Way

This was a sister’s weekend getaway. We range in age from 68-88. There are 5 of us. We’ve been coming to Ocean City every summer for over 40 years. This year has been a difficult year due to health issues.We were so fortunate to find this unit! Great location. Beautiful view of the ocean and the bay. Close to eateries…lifelong favorite snack places.Beautiful and welcoming unit. We felt very comfortable for all our various physical needs; seating and sleeping arrangements great for all of us.Our weekend was just wonderful.
