Spacious North Ocean City 3-bedroom two bath condo with outdoor pool and easy walk to the beach. Located on the North end of the building it has a private rear balcony to store your beach chair and umbrella and toys and a balcony off of the living room that give a small view of the ocean. Excalibur 107 is a North end unit with a side window in the dining area which makes this property bright and cheerful. There's a fully appointed kitchen that includes a dishwasher, as well with a flat screen TV in the living area. All bedrooms are appointed with a large flat screen televisions for your streaming pleasure. Located on 132nd Street make it a short distance to Delaware where there is tax free shopping and plenty of things to do for the kids.

Great place for our group! Plenty of space. Very friendly check-in and check out. Small things weren’t working (the balcony door wouldn’t lock, the bathroom door got tuck, etc.), but great place for our needs. Great location!
