Caroline Hoyland is the owner with her husband and they were very nice and made you comfortable and welcomed. After checking in she gave us recommendations on where to eat and more importantly told us where NOT to go. My two sons 25,26 and I stayed two nights and liked the breakfast, they had a menu to check off for the next morning on what to eat. Cereal, toast, juice as well as tea and coffee were the staples they you could choose how you wanted your egg prepared, sausage and other items making it a filling meal. They would also prepare you a to go bag breakfast if you were taking the early tours. Our room was a nice size and everything was clean.

This cute little B&B is conveniently located about a ten minute walk from Oban ferry terminal. The staff are very friendly and cater to dietary needs in the included breakfast. Their recommendations on restaurants and things to do were very helpful. The room was clean and relatively comfortable. It was very convenient and a nice place to stay, I would recommend it.
