You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Bright & Charming Cottage in Cool Gilman District
Renovated in 2022. Kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker. I provide Starbucks or Peets ground coffee to start you with. Modern amenities include heater & air conditioning, dual pane windows, and an instant hot water heater.
Rear Cottage:
It's set back from the street to the rear of the main house so it's tranquil and relatively private. Soaring ceilings with skylights infuse the space with great natural light. There's great character to the living space. Spacious, remodeled kitchen & bath, walk-in closet & a work space make it a comfortable space to enjoy and explore the coveted location in Berkeley.
There is no door between the bedroom and living room, only a doorway. I think it flows better this way.
Guest access:
Guests can access a lockbox on the front door. Code will be provided within 24 hours of check in. Lockbox may be removed from the door once guest has checked in and will need to be put back upon check out.
The brick walkway is uneven and the concrete driveway leading to the rear cottage has cracks so please take caution.
Other things to note:
This is a rear cottage separated by a yard from the front house occupied by a nice lady.
Shared amenities* : Washer and dryer in the basement of the front house, and the garbage bins
