Front desk could be nicer and smile more. The straight face and tone is ruining your vacation mood. We all both have long day. Hotel is clean and smell fresh. I'm very sensitive to smell, so I can tell you when it's not. If you're looking ev charging this hotel doesn't have, but close the public charging. No pets policy is plus. Continental breakfast is good, but lack of waffle maker.

Couldn't check in until 4pm which is the first. They made it seem like that's normal time which actually isn't. Hotels/resorts with good customer service will have rooms ready prior to the "4pm" checkin because it's considerate and shows the Hotel is ran to accommodate its guests when they arrive earlier. I been to many states, traveled all over and 95% of the time, the room is ready or almost ready and able to check in around 1-2pm.
