Disappointed. Nice location, but not nice enough

My sister and I brought our sons to the beach and picked this location. We hoped to find clean relaxing accommodations, but didn’t find exactly that. Guests make their own beds with sheets that reminded me of staying at hostels decades ago. One bed didn’t have a comforter there were 4 sets of towel washcloth hand towel for 6 night reservation. More were delivered upon request. The only way to clean sand off the floor was with an old warped straw broom. When I asked about something to clean was told should bring that like the trash bags etc. Base boards were dirty as was the wicker coffee table. House keeping offered to come clean again, but I never made the effort to coordinate that. There are several dips in the floor not clearly visible in bedrooms and kitchen that are covered with flooring, which wasn’t expected and hopefully isn’t covering mold? Location was nice. We could take 10-20 minute beach/ town walks to restaurants, but disappointed to travel so far pick ocean front then deal with less than great for the price.
