Well maintained classic beach cottage style home with hardwood floors throughout and amazing Intracoastal Waterway views from the Carolina room, living room and sitting room with writing desk and queen sofa bed. Beautiful ICW views from one of the king bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee from the gated deck overlooking the ICW with rockers, picnic table, and umbrella or cool off on the covered street side porch with furniture.
Covered parking for two cars and additional two in the driveway, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and hose rinse off under the home. Relax by the back patio with a fire pit. No Pets but owner-pet may be present at times during owner occupancy.
