The Nest Egg was a fantastic place to stay in Oak Island. It’s a beautiful home with just a few small places of wear and tear from other renters. It was relatively clean when we arrived, check in was easy, and the rental office is very easy to get ahold of. The house location is great, with a very short walk to the beach, and it has nice ocean views from the top deck. The pool and the fire pit out back were a bonus, though I wish they’d replace the turf in the yard- it’s bald! Overall I highly recommend and my family is already booked to return for a week next summer.
