The house has been renovated with a new kitchen and new bathrooms and beautifully decorated with all new furniture, etc.
This desirable location includes a first-floor primary bedroom with a Queen size bed and two bedrooms with two twins each (which can be converted to King beds) on the second floor. The partially finished basement provides additional living space for the family to enjoy and a dedicated remote work space. The kitchen is the perfect space for gathering after a fun filled day at any of the beautiful beaches on Martha's Vineyard. There is a newly renovated deck off the kitchen that is just right for grilling and enjoying a cocktail.

Outstanding Property
This house exceeded our expectations! The home is very pretty & cozy and the host has provided everything that you will need during your stay from kitchen essentials to beach equipment! We were even able to use the firepit without any hassle. The location is excellent for walking, biking or driving to Circuit Ave & the and the Inkwell or to have easy access to other parts of the Island. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home perfect for family getaway
We loved this property so much! We stay on MV every year and this house provided everything we needed and more! Very clean, had plenty of cooking supplies and misc items like outdoor and beach items as well. The house has quite a lot of space with its finished basement. The backyard and landscaping are gorgeous and the house itself provides so much entertainment. It is very close to downtown OB and also very close to VH. The host was available, welcoming, and answers promptly! Would highly recommend!

Property recently updated with modern amenities (final stages of updates not yet completed). Home was clean, smartly decorated. Comfortable beds and bedding. Kitchen well appointed. Large yard with outdoor seating options. Great communication throughout stay. All around perfect stay for our group!

Beautifully renovated home
This house was perfect !!!! It was recently renovated and we loved the bathrooms and bedrooms. Lovely kitchen with new appliances . It was cozy and fit our needs. The backyard had a great patio and yard was spacious. Great walking neighborhood with fantastic sunset views on the Lagoon. Only suggestion would be a floor lamp in the living room and downstairs bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay. The property has been newly renovated and looks amazing. Was the perfect size for our family of 5. The lagoon at the end of the street has the most amazing sunsets, and only a short bike into town! We had a very nice stay!
