We would stay at the Melter Hotel again and recommend it to others. The young gentleman at the front desk was professional and extremely helpful. We stayed in the superior apartment which had an under the counter refrigerator, small/modern glass electric stove top and plates/utensils/etc. in room coffee and tea also provided. Beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean. The only less positive aspects were the hotel is sparsely decorated. There was a lot of floor and wall space in our room, which is a good thing-it was spacious, but they were empty. No additional furniture beyond bed and eating area and very few wall hangings. The second thing is, it seems in order to have access to all rooms you need to be very mobile. We had an exit that was somewhat close but it was quite the labyrinth to get back to our room. If you are ok with these things, then highly recommend. The location is INCREDIBLE. Close to train station and everything else.

First off, the staff are amazing, super friendly, with great suggestions. The room is large and tastefully decorated. The bed is perfect. The hotel is centrally located in thd walled ity and close to the train station. Nuremberg is a beautiful walled city with lots to see. Great location!!! “Everything” is within walking distance, including parking. We wondered if off site parking would be a problem, but it was not, not at all. Very helpful and friendly staff. In just a few minutes, walk to the market place, to St. Lawrence Church, to the impressive city gate, to shops and restaurants. Very clean throughout, spacious. Great shower, nice towels.Would stay here again without hesitation!

This place was absolutely awesome! The location and the hotel itself exceeded my expectations and I’d totally recommend it to anyone staying in Nürnberg. The staff was very polite and helpful.
