"The hotel location is close to the beach.
The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. They paid close attention to service and they were really polite and helpful throughout.
The room, beach view room, was nicely decorated and clean.
We actually got a trip back to Ho Chi Minh free of charge using their shuttle service, mentioned to us at check-in, which was incredibly helpful.
The buffet breakfast was very good. Wide variety of food, very good service throughout.
I recommend this hotel very highly. Thank you Vias Hotel; you were excellent."
