Had really nice time at this hotel. Mr. Thien upgraded me to one bedroom suite, i khow i made the right choice for the hotel and my money are well spent. The hotel has the victorian style decor, some decorations and some property conditions are outdates but spacious rooms and facilities made up for it. The hotel has its own bridge to cross the beach street and i believe this is the only beachfront hotel in vietnam has it. It lights up at night and it is very nice to cross. It reminds me of Vegas. But what stands out the most are 4 large outdoor pools, especially the beachfront one with its private beach. The breakfast with many choices. The hotel maybe a little expensive but it is worthed. Highly recommended.

I'm really disappointed at a 5 star hotel quality. I expected at least a working bathroom but the drainage was terrible and our whole bathroom was flooded after 1 bath. I called for room service to clean & fix, all they did was opening the cap of the sewer in the shower and a few hours after, the whole room smelled like sewer. Room was small and everything was over priced.

The front desk staffs need to be trained. How can you call this a 5 stars hotel when the front desk staffs fail to smile at the guests? Not only that she has failed to notice the birthday, she also didn't even say happy birthday. Which was very cold. The bellhop was very nice and friendly. At the end, checkout definitely took too long. We sat that for more than 15 minutes for room check when it wasn't busy. There's no one else checking out.

Receptionists are very helpful and cheerful to clients Thanks you very much

nice beach, delicious breakfirst buffet. kind staff.

The staff was warm and helpful. It was close to the beach. The facilities were clean.

Misleading pictures of hotel on beach. My husband and I sat in the hotel bar for a drink and got bite by fleas. This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel.

It's worth the extra $$$ that you pay for. Great private pool and private beach area.

They created an 19th or early 20th Century French aristocratic aesthetics with design, paintings on the walls, door handles, water taps etc. SWimming pools and the garden around with tropical trees, orchid flowers are beatiful.
