Centrally located; a few minutes walk to the local shops, minutes drive to town or a 30-45 minute walk; a 20 minute drive to Berry and Kangaroo Valley, up to 30 minutes to Jervis Bay beaches and the beachside towns like Culburra Beach is only a 15 to 20 minute drive from Nowra, Callala Beach and Currarong are only within 15 to 30 minutes drive away. Or take a drive out to Greenwell Point where you will be able to sample the local seafood.

A few minutes drive to Tuscani Woodfired Pizza Italian restaurant, opens from 5pm every day.

Golf courses are within an easy drive, such as Worrigee.

This property can be rented together with Green Meadow (a 2 bedroom apartment next door which is listed separately on this website) for an extra 7 occupants if required plus 1 infant.

Oil heaters with timers and upright fans in all rooms. Pillows, Quilts and blankets are provided on the premises.

Accommodating up to 14 occupants plus 2 infants.

Bedroom 3 - Trio bunk - double and single
Lounge room - 2 x double sofa bed
1 deluxe foldaway bed.

High chair and baby bath provided.
All bedrooms with built-in robes.

Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided on the premises. Bed linen consist of; bed sheets, pillow cases, towels and bath mats can be supplied in additional cost .

Mystic Blue is available for extended stays for people needing accommodation while working in the area, relocating or for any other occasions.

Check in and Check out can be negotiated for an extra fee.

*A security damage bond applies and is refundable within 7 days of departure day if premises is left the way you found it.
*Pet allowed on application.

*Available also from Monday to friday for workers.
*Weekly cleaning can also be arranged for long stays.
