Simple motel for a short stay, the general basics are included eg utensils, kettle and bar fridge. Single mattress is really old - sunk into it and room had an odour to it. All in all it sufficed for a cheap short stay

I am very disappointed with the lack of response regarding my refund request. We had to cancel our hotel reservation due to my wife’s health issues, we cancelled before 24 hours according to their policy, but despite multiple emails, I have received no acknowledgment or assistance. This poor customer service is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Excellent value for money. Clean well looked after property, easy late night checkin and the staff were friendly. The indoor pool was a nice surprise and location to the river for an early morning walk was perfect.

The room i stayed in was very clean and comfortable. I had self-checked in but had no idea what that meant but the lady at the reception was very helpful and sorted me out. Very nice place to stay. I was here for some work and i would definitely stay there again if the need arose. Thank you!!
