Fabulous location for exploring
Comfy beds, clean throughout and for a small space contained everything needed. WiFi good. Beware the Satnav as there is a way to access the property that does not require driving through a small stream

Cute little country cottage
Fantastic place, close to everything in town just a short walk away. Just a little trouble finding it originally as Google mapped it on the south side of the creek. You have to go to where the street makes a 90 degree turn and it's right at the corner. Comfortable beds (didnt use the pull out sofa), great shower, well stocked kitchen, many dvds to choose from. Great hosts, couldn't be better!!

Christmas in the UK
Lovely cottage at the historic ford in Bottesford and our hosts were great and extremely helpful. We stayed over Christmas and the New Year and the cottage was beautifully decorated with a real Christmas tree in the living room, very thoughtful especially as we were visiting from overseas. Very friendly and responsive hosts who met all our needs. We will be back!

Great cottage for a relaxing break!
Loved the property. Well equipped with a modern feel. The cottage is in a quiet spot that certainly added to a peaceful few days off. In the heart of a pleasant village with all the amenities needed simply to relax in the village or close enough to visit historical Lincoln and the surrounds. The high spots were the 5 mins stroll to the Rutland Arms and its fine ale and the best breakfast ever in the Bottesford Coffee Shop. Add to all that a very warm welcome from our hosts and a generous welcome pack made the stay special. John G Feeney
