We had a mixed experience.The house felt a little squalid - fine for students, but a little bit of a shock:- small amounts litter and rubbish in front garden- unmown lawns / unfinished back garden- bathroom had been finished by an amateur DIYer...and had lots of grout where there should have been mastic- Kitchen is well past sell by date with heavily chipped cabinetsOn the plus side:- Location was calm and quiet (albeit backing onto a council estate)- Beds were reasonably comfortable- Space was good- Lounge was pleasant with TV and a game console
