Ground floor: wellness area with heated swimming pool, walk-in shower and separate WC, 1 bedroom with bathroom and WC (walk-in shower) (1 double bed 160x200 cm and 4 single beds person superimposed in 90x190 cm). 1st floor: entrance, laundry room with separate WC, lounge - living room - kitchen with fireplace opening onto an 80 m² terrace, 1 bedroom with bathroom (walk-in shower) and WC (1 double bed 160x200 cm) . 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms with private bathroom (walk-in shower and bathtub for one) and separate toilet for two (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm /1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, mezzanine with TV area opening onto the first floor with glass floor, separate WC. Two 80m² terraces. All included. Individual chalet of very good comfort offering beautiful volumes on 285 m². Bright and comfortable living room opening onto an 80 m² terrace. Beautiful unobstructed view of the Val d'Arly and the resort of Les Saisies. Large bedrooms each with a bathroom. Warm and cozy atmosphere with careful decoration. Great performance. Quality immediate environment.
