Very nice hotel , I had a small double room but it was fine for a single person. Decent en-suite with plenty of towels . Didn’t eat in the evening but breakfast in the morning was superb. Lovely local ingredients . Very friendly and capable staff . I would definitely stay again .

We stayed at the hotel on the occasion of a family dinner. The dinner itself organised and catered by the hotel was first class.. 30 or so guests dining in an 18 century dining room. Our room with four poster was magnificent. Most importantly however every member of staff was outstandingly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble .. even with three dogs wandering about and getting into places they shouldn’t! Quite the best hotel experience we have had for many years

Absolutely perfect. Quiet location but easy access to ring road and convenient pubs for evening meals nearby. Very comfortable room and superb breakfast including providing gluten free bread. Would highly recommend and would love to return.
