Grounds (shared with other properties). Fishing by arrangement (at cost). Private parking. Please note: There is an unfenced lake in the grounds.. Perfect for a relaxing break, this comfortable, spacious and charming holiday home enjoys spectacular views across a beautiful deer park grazed by red and fallow deer, a wildlife haven just 6 miles from the lovely North Norfolk Coast. The park boasts a 14-acre fishing and birdwatching lake and a network of footpaths to explore - there is even an excellent restaurant within walking distance.

Deer Park Cottage adjoins the owners’ 18th-century farmhouse and enjoys a south facing garden. It is only 2 miles from Roughton village shop and Gunton’s railway station, and 6 miles from Cromer’s seaside attractions. Blickling and Felbrigg Halls (both National Trust) are nearby and the Broads are easily accessible, and The Gunton Arms and local pun are within walking distance. Shop 2 miles and pub/restaurant within walking distance.
