Our Kingfisher Cottage range work superbly well for families, small groups or mixed couples. Sleeping 5 guests, with a master double on the ground floor, a twin and single rooms upstairs, there is plenty of space to enjoy. An open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, with shared bathroom make up the rest of the ground floor. To the rear of the cottage is a secluded courtyard for your exclusive use complete with sunken hot tub, deluxe wooden patio furniture and gas BBQ. Like other cottages in our collection, Kingfisher enjoys lovely views out over our small marina, the River Yare and surrounded by nature..
