Bedrooms:

The cottage features three inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a luxurious super king bed and a private ensuite bathroom for added comfort.

The second bedroom is thoughtfully designed for families, featuring a unique super king and king bunk bed combination, ideal for kids to enjoy a cozy night's sleep.

The third bedroom is equally comfortable, offering a restful space for additional guests.

Living Spaces:

The ground floor boasts an open-plan layout that seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the dining area is perfect for enjoying them with loved ones.

The large sofa lounge area invites you to relax by the log burner, perfect for those chilly evenings. Gather around the large smart TV for movie nights or listen to your favourite music with our state-of-the-art surround sound system, which extends to the outside area as well.

Outdoor Area:

Step outside into your private oasis, where you’ll find a luxurious hot tub overlooking peaceful farmers' fields—a perfect spot to soak and unwind.

The outdoor area also features a standup fire pit, BBQ, dining area, and a comfortable outdoor sofa, making it an ideal space for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the fresh country air.

Whether you're sipping coffee in the morning or toasting marshmallows in the evening, the outdoor space offers the ultimate relaxation experience.

Our cottage is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the Antrobus Arms Pub, where you can enjoy a delicious meal or a refreshing drink in a welcoming atmosphere.

For golf enthusiasts, the Antrobus Golf Club is only a 4-minute drive away, offering a beautiful course to enjoy during your stay.

Pet-Friendly:

We understand that pets are part of the family, and they are more than welcome to join you during your stay. The surrounding countryside offers plenty of walking trails for you and your furry friend to explore.

Truvi:

We prioritise the protection of our properties, which is why we have teamed up with Truvi, the foremost guest-screening service for holiday rentals. Truvi will contact the lead guest shortly after making the booking. Prior to the start of your stay, it is necessary to verify your information and ID through Truvi. Additionally, you will have the option to either pay a £500 refundable deposit (subject to a 2% transaction fee) or purchase a £35 non-refundable damage waiver. We recommend opting for the damage waiver, as it offers you protection in the event of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:

Keys are stored in a lockbox. Full access instructions are in our digital guidebook which will be emailed to the guest after booking. Access codes will be sent 4 hours before arrival provided that verification from Truvi is completed.
