Charming two-story home with 4-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. This lovely cottage is located in the heart of the Village of Northport, just minutes from West Grand Traverse Bay. Situated on a quiet side street, it can accommodate up to eight people.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor, each with a queen bed. The two bedrooms upstairs each have two twin beds. The house is nicely furnished with newer furnishings and hardwood floors. It features a 46" HDTV with Roku streaming, a Blu-Ray/DVD player, a 5.1 Dolby Digital sound system, WIFI, and an XBOX 360 with Kinect. There is also a washer and dryer to make relaxation easier. On rainy days, there are board games and a bumper pool table for indoor fun.

Enjoy a lovely wrap-around porch for outdoor relaxation, complete with a charcoal grill and outdoor dining area. The beach and marina are easily accessible via peaceful, tree-lined streets. Enjoy the enchanting surroundings and partake in local festivals such as the Leelanau Wine & Food Festival and the summer Dog Parade. You can also stop by Barb's Bakery for a delicious cinnamon roll!

This wonderful area is worth the drive! Travel north from Suttons Bay along the M-22 corridor that curves around the Bay through vineyards and orchards to the picturesque Village of Northport. It is a 45-minute drive to the Sleeping Bear Dunes or Traverse City. Just north of Northport are hiking trails and the Leelanau State Park.

We have rented in Northport and Omena for 15 years. This place rates in the top 3. It was nicely appointed with fresh linens and towels. The only lacking feature was the ability to turn the thermostat down. The owner did come over and gave us tips to cooling it down upstairs which showed us he was attentive.

Wedding adventure

We had stayed here when we came for caterer tasting last year and knew it was perfect for our wedding . It is lovely , close to everything so we did not need a car as we could walk. The front porch is glorious with the hyacinths and the rain catcher. I admired it so much last year, I requested and hit one for Christmas!....if there is any reason to come back to this area we will stay here again! Thank you!

This rental was so perfect. I rented this for my wedding weekend for myself and my four bridesmaids to stay in. They all loved it. The house is in great shape, very clean, and so cute! Not to mention the PERFECT location. Walkable to everything. I loved staying here!
