Hyatt Centric Arlington

Room was next to the elevators was noisy. Temperature keep changing. Was close to most of the things we wanted to see

Staff is not trained and for the most part doesn't care about you. There were too many instances of inadequate service to list here. For that kind of (mis-)treatment, you can save money any stay someplace else.

We stayed at Hyatt Centric Arlington for 3 nights during a spring break. The stuff is cheerful, check-in around 1:00 PM, despite the error during a reservation through Orbitz (3rd person was missed), the concierge provided us hot breakfast cards, which were a part of promotion, to all three of us. The breakfasts were great, wide variety, high quality, mostly cheerful waiters, omelets-to-an order. The hotel locates 5-minute walk from the Metra station Rosslyn, which let us travel around Washington D.C. without a car. Dawn pillows and blankets, Bee Kind bath supplies, cotton plush robes, a small refrigerator and a safe in the room,2 bottles of water supplied daily.

This Hyat tis a very nice hotel priced well below properties across the Potomac River in D.C., but not inexpensive. My rooom had an excellent bed, well-appointd bath, huge flat screen TV and a premium coffee maker. The breakfast buffet was adequate, pretty much what one would expect from a three star property. Parking was overpriced, also as expected, at $25 for 12 hours. When the Metro is functioning properly--unusual these days--a trip downtown takes 15 minutes. Uber to the K street corridor is about $10

Overall, this is a good hotel in terms of location if you need to be in Arlington. Close to Metro station, although its backdoor need to enable badge-entry after 9:00PM instead of forcing people to walk senselessly around the block like it is now. The lighting system in the room can use some modification. For example, the light switches are not in intuitive positions. The room itself was clean and modern.

We drive to Arlington, therefore we needed parking. Many hotels in D.C., either the hotel did not have parking or it was extremely expensive.

Stayed over Marine Corps Marathon weekend . Rooms were pretty expensive and kinda small however staff was excellent . It was extremely conviently located . Would stay there again maybe just not on a weekend when the price of everything is jacked up due to the marathon .

Great location and the staff was super nice and accomodating. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff is really accommodating and quite responsive. The room was clean but the shower was broken and w had to call maintenance twice.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Walk to lots of restaurants and DC sites. Conceirage very helpful. Uber and taxis's waiting which we used instead of renting a car. So glad we did!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean,. Restaurant was pricey and no less expensive options available and the coffee shop was closed daily at 11am.

Nice clean room that was quite. Close to the metro so easy to get around to places by using public transportation.

Everything was perfect. I checked in 3-4 hours early and had a great room with a view. Nothing to complain about.

I booked two rooms each with a king size bed five months in advance, however we were given rooms with two full size beds each. When we called the front desk we were told there was nothing they could do because hotel was completely booked. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Great location for sight seeing in DC easy access to metro and plenty of restaurants in the area. Based on this I would recommend this hotel but I would strongly suggest you contact the hotel management personally before going to be sure you will get the kind of room you booked.

Great place, clean rooms and has a Starbucks in the lobby. Def a plus when for your morning coffee fix

Was a bit hesitant to stay across the river in Arlington at first, but I quickly learned that this hotel truly had everything, ranging from a great location, right next to the Rosslyn Metro and some major tourist attractions, to spacious and clean rooms, and some of the best and most friendly staff I have ever encountered in Customer Service. Robert, the individual working the front desk when I checked in, was extremely helpful, and able to accommodate our early check in and desired request to stay on a higher floor. There were good restaurants around the hotel, and the area itself looked pristine and new. I would definitely consider staying here for any future travel I have in the DC area, whether for leisure or business.

The hotel is an excellent value with a 20 discount. My only minor quibble is that only one packet each of the coffee and tea varieties is in the room. The front desk and the room service staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. The fitness center could use more upper body exercise equipment, can't think of anything to improve the experience at this price point.

We had a great trip to Washington DC. And staying at the Arlington Hyatt was part of a successful trip. If I come to Washington DC again I will stay at the Arlington Hyatt. To be able to take the Metro into Washington, the Arlington National Cemetery, and other places close by. For example Mt Vernon. The staff was great. They were very helpful, patience, and kind.

Hotel is in a great location for easy access to tourist destinations and business in the Capital region. Quick access to Metro and reasonable cab fare to/from the Mall and surrounding locations. Highly recommend this location for personal and business uses. Fast WiFi. Friendly staff. Hotel restaurant is pricey, but food is top notch.
