I attempted to use laundry 3 times and the app wouldn’t let me book. Out of 3 machines only 2 were working. I ended up spending 12 euros at a nearby laundry mat, a main reason I booked the hotel was to go laundry mid-trip. It’s too far from the city and parking was a pain. It was expensive and the app for street parking didn’t work. I had to leave San Sebastián in the middle of the day just to add more time to my parking. It ruined the day. Overall expensive for many added hassles. Too far from the city to have to deal with bad parking and added expenses. Try a different hotel.

Clean room & great location easy bus ride down to the beach & old San Sebastián! Breakfast was excellent & our room was super good if you wanted to cook !

Beautiful villa a short bus ride / 20 mins walk from town in a quiet area. The villa is very nicely decorated and the owner is very helpful and friendly and made us feel at home. Very nice and healthy breakfast and excellent staff for a fantastic stay in San Sebastián!
