The property accommodates up to 10 guests (max 8 adults) with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and all the essentials you’ll need for a relaxing visit.

● Bathrooms: Stocked with fresh towels, hand towel and bath products.
● Kitchen: Fully equipped with upscale appliances, cookware, bakeware, tableware, cutlery, spices and seasonings. Philips fully automatic coffee machine with whole beans.
● Kitchen extras: One roll of paper towels to get you started. Garbage bins are lined with bags, with a couple of extras provided.
● Laundry: Washer, Dryer, with free detergent and bleach.
● Connectivity: High-speed Internet - Starlink Wi-Fi
● Entertainment: ping pong table, retro gaming console, indoor fireplace, board games & puzzles, and a curated selection of books we personally love, 2 Smart TVs (bring your own subscriptions)

RENTAL POLICY

● Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this property is 10 guests that includes upto 8 adults.
● Only registered guests included in the booking are permitted on the property.
● No visitors are allowed at any time (day or night) without prior approval.
● Parties, events, extra/unregistered guests are not permitted and may result in stay cancellation without refund.
● Pet policy: No pets allowed. To maintain a hypoallergenic environment for all our guests, we ask that you kindly leave your furry friends at home.
● No-shoe-indoor policy is in place in all seasons to accommodate families with little ones (including ours). You are welcome to bring your own indoor flip flops.
● Trash and recycling: No trash outside at any time. This attracts animals including bears. Kindly take trash and recyclables with you upon checkout.
● Cleanliness: Please maintain cleanliness in the house and put away used dishes in the dishwasher prior to checkout.
● Fire safety: Fireworks are not allowed at any time (local regulations).
● Security: Security cameras are installed along the driveway and around the house exterior.
● Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. Smoke detector is used for monitoring.
● Quiet hours all day.
