AC did not work. Vent fan was broken and ran very very loud. Had to change rooms because of no AC. Hotel is overly obsessed with parking and towing people who apparently travel from afar to park here??? Loud construction is going on, at least on second floor. Room had no landline telephone. I like having a phone in the room for emergencies. Adequate hotel but just barely. Needs updating and a more mission focused management

The room (suite) was good size; had a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator/freezer and table; a small sitting area; a large bedroom area and a large bathroom. The bathroom lighting was very dim AND you had to turn on a master switch by the main door of the room to work the lights throughout the rest of the areas. The bed was comfortable. The lobby area looks pretty run down. Parking was a bit of a pain and you have to pay by phone app. I had problems with this and the front desk told me it just needed to be paid by the time we check out; however, when we went to check out and pay for parking, we had a parking ticket—we ended up paying more than double because of this.
